The Road Ahead
Now our viewpoint suddingly changes...and we see the Big Red Roadrunner sitting on the road...

Then we continue to hear the driver's voice, but now it appears to be coming from a different place...out there somewhere...riding the airwaves...on the radio it seems...

And we hear him exclaim, as the scene begins to pull away...
Those wild native spirits...you just can't contain 'em or stop 'em...not for long anyway...
And the scene continues pulling away...to show the truck on the long stretch of road...and the great storming herd moving below...

And the voice continues...
And that was the first thing the man saw when he looked far down The Road Ahead...but there was more beyond this first vision...much more...all beautiful and good...
For he saw the efforts of humanity redirected from endless war and oppression to freedom and exploration...

He saw these great wild open places...in harmony with quaint villages and towns and beautiful shining cities...all connected by quick and easy communication and transportation...people of different races and countries getting along, gathered in tribes big and small, sharing their offerings all around the world...in this blending of modern civilization with ancient tradition...human beings reconnected with each other and their world...rooted mind, body and soul in the Truth of it all...
The scene continues pulling away, high into the sky...far above the car and the long stretch of road...far above the giant stampeding herd and the vast grassy plain...

As the voice continues...
The scene finally pulls above the silhouette of the soaring raven...then shoots to outerspace, to reveal the Earth itself...

And we continue to hear the voice...still as if on the radio, but riding the ethers higher than ever...
But those stories will have to wait...because you're soaring on a free flight with The Raven on this Cosmic Gypsy Caravan...

Now here's an oldie but a very goodie from way back when...it's by Gary Wright...and it's called "Dreamweaver"...
